About the Course

Become a leading agent for change—and enable your enterprise to succeed in a disruptive marketplace—when you certify as a SAFe® 4 Program Consultant (SPC). During this four-day course, you’ll learn how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation by leveraging the practices and principles of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®).
You will learn how to effectively coach programs, launch Agile Release Trains, build a continuous delivery pipeline and DevOps culture, and empower a Lean Portfolio. The first two days of the course—Leading SAFe®—will provide you with the basis to teach SAFe to others. The final two days focus exclusively on what it takes to successfully implement SAFe in your enterprise

Isaac Montgomery, SPCT

Since leaving active duty with The United States Marine Corp (the finest example of a large-scale lean/agile organization the world has ever seen!), Isaac has spent the last 20+ years designing and transforming organizations to maximize sustainable flow of purpose driven value.

His journey has gifted him with experience working in industries including professional services, healthcare, defense, financial services, energy and retail; and with organizations ranging from early stage, venture funded startups to centuries old, international conglomerates.

As a both leader and advisor to organizations seeking to not only survive, but to harness the potential inherent to disruptive change, Isaac takes a Systems Thinking approach to organizational design and change management in order to yield the culture and performance necessary to deliver of the organization’s strategic vision. Isaac lives in Cincinnati OH with his 2 teenage sons Jack and Grey, and their overweight basset hound Olive.

If you aren’t able to make your course date the following options are available to you:

14 days prior to the course (30th April 2018)
A full refund will be issued subject to a R1000 processing charge.
